For your peace of mind, Blubels are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to repair or replace your product, including all delivery charges.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Go to the Settings section on your Blubel app - then Manage Device. There you will be able to see whether you have a device paired. If you do not - press Add device and it should start the connection. If there are several devices around you, you will see them on a list.
Make sure that you’re not calibrating the device right next to your phone or where there may be some magnetic interference. Place the device in the mount on the handlebars. Turn the handlebars left and right like you would turn your handlebars during a ride, as indicated by the lights on the device.
You only need to calibrate your Blubel once. If you change position or angle of the mount on the handlebars or set it up on a new bike, please make sure you calibrate it again: go to Settings > Calibration.
You can make sure the app is no longer synced with your device by unpairing. Just go to Settings > Manage Device and press Unpair. Once you have done that, you can add another device, by selecting Add Device.
You can download the journey for offtrack use or just when you want to save the route. To the right of the search bar is the icon for download route: a downward arrow in a circle. The downloaded routes are listed on the home page, when you open the app.
Yes - you need to search for the route when you have an internet or data connection. Once you have found the route you like, just download it by pressing the download route button. It's to the right of the location bar: a downward arrow in a circle. This route will now appear on the home page and you will be able to guide along it without any internet or data connection. If you go offtrack from this route, the device will go show this (red LED at 12 o'clock position), however it will not recalculate.
If the app is prompting you to update the firmware, please make sure that the Blubel device and your phone are not running out of battery charge. Then press Update and it will start updating the device. Please do not lock or background the app during the update. Once the update has finished, the app will notify you about this and the device will also light up.
You can sign in to your account on a new phone (or if you have reinstalled the Blubel app) in the same way as you had done before. If it was through a social media account, please make sure to use the same one, otherwise you can log in using the email address.
You can tag hazards your encounter on your journey but ringing your Blubel, while the device is navigating you. Once you have reached your destination, you can end the journey on the Blubel app. The app will prompt you to label the different rings on your journey.
