Some Android phones are a bit trigger happy when it comes to getting rid of apps that work in the background. We are continuously optimising the app to make sure this doesn't happen, however if you are experiencing some trouble, try out the next steps:
1) Stop battery optimisation with the Blubel app: To do this, go to your phone Settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation. You will then see a list of apps. Find Blubel and make sure the option "Don't optimise" is selected.
2) Lock Blubel app in the phone tray so that it does not get cleared: Open the Blubel app, then press the square button on the bottom bar of the phone. This brings up all the apps and you will see a little lock sign in the top right corner of each app. Make sure you press on it so that it is locked for Blubel. This means that if you want to clear all the apps, Blubel doesn't get wiped and it keeps Blubel active during the journeys too.
Please note, that we make sure Blubel is not active if you do not have a live journey. Also using Blubel to navigate actually saves your phone's battery use because you are not using the screen for mapping.
