Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment to You

We hope you are delighted with your Blubel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at support@blubel.co within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to process a refund. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and returned with all of the original packaging.

Returning your item

1. Package the item being returned securely.

2. All returns must be in the condition in which they were received; unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the products are not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

3. Please note postage costs are not included in the delivery note and will need to be added, we suggest you request tracking information when you send your items as without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post. We will refund the cost of the return shipping in the refund.

4. All refunds should be processed within 7-10 days of the item being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us at support@blubel.co with tracking information for the return so we can investigate.


5. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund items brought from this website, Blubels purchased from other retailers should be returned to them directly. We are also unable to refund gift cards.

Damaged Products

If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us at support@blubel.co. We will send you a pre-paid returns label and replace the item you have ordered.
